2. Personal data we collect

If you contact us using the contact form, we may process your name, email address, optional telephone number, subject and message. Depending on the website configuration, technical information such as IP address, access time and basic browser information may be processed for security and operation. Please do not submit sensitive personal data using the contact form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use contact details to respond to requests, provide information and take steps requested before potentially entering into a contract. Where applicable, legitimate interests may support business communication and website security. We request separate consent for marketing or optional technologies when required.

4. Recipients and service providers

The website and database are hosted by Contabo GmbH (https://contabo.com). Contact and privacy enquiries are received at the Gmail address [email protected], so Google also processes this correspondence through Gmail. Authorized company personnel and technical maintenance providers may access data as necessary. We do not sell personal information.
In addition to the aforementioned functionalities, the website relies on third-party service providers and data processors to ensure proper operation:

• Email delivery (SMTP): Mailjet — provider: Mailjet (Mailgun Technologies, Inc.); purpose: reliable delivery and processing of emails sent through website contact forms; category: necessary for communication; privacy policy: https://www.mailjet.com/legal/privacy-policy/

• Technical maintenance & hosting: System maintenance, security, and hosting are provided by our designated development and infrastructure partners

5. International transfers

Use of Gmail and, with consent, Google Maps may involve processing outside Serbia. Google states that it processes information on servers in different countries; see https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en. The provider name Contabo GmbH does not establish the location of the selected server.

6. Retention

We retain information only as long as required to respond to enquiries and comply with applicable obligations. Contact form retention: [SPECIFY PERIOD OR CRITERIA]. Technical log retention: [SPECIFY]. Information is then erased or anonymized unless lawful retention is necessary.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable Serbian personal data protection law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object where relevant and exercise other statutory rights. We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures, such as access controls, software updates and secure communications. No storage or transmission method is entirely risk-free.

9. Cookies and third-party content

Consent choices are stored in browser local storage and remain valid for 180 days; theme preferences remain until changed or website storage is cleared. Google Maps loads only after consent for external media. Language flag icons load from flagcdn.com, disclosing the IP address and technical request data to that service.
